Any more Gossip?
Gossip Girl is an American television teen drama based on the popular novel series which revolves around the lives of socialite young adults growing up on New York’s Upper East Side who attend elite academic institutions whilst dealing with sex, drugs, and other teenage issues. All the stories were actually coming from a blog of a Gossip Girl, who runs a blog to spread gossip about all the local happenings. I bet she’ll have plenty to blog about, as I heard there’s going to be a bit of a love triangle in the series!
To be honest, I had low expectations for Gossip Girl in the beginning. I have heard enough gossip I thought and no need any more. But an hour of watching the first episode, I am hooked! The characters are well established; Manhattan locations are on-point and drama is firmly in place. And I just couldn’t wait for the second episode.
Gossip Girl on The CW is aired 9 p.m. EST on Wednesdays. The first season started airing on 9/18 on Canada’s CTV and 9/19 on The CW. I am telling you this is a great show and please don’t miss it. And please don;t forget to browse on their Interactive Website.
